Taha death Bemamud who became ruler in the slum called District 13 was not able to make it so safe slums . Empty power to make five ethnic groups fought each other there power seats left Taha .The French government had not considered the slums is useful and plan to burned area if the occupants did not want to submit to the laws in force in France . This means that some people who actually never did break the law and just had to stay there because of the circumstances must be innocent victims .Now hope all citizens of District 13, depending on Damien ( Cyril Raffaelli ) and Leito ( David Belle ) . Two people here who three years earlier Bemamud Taha overthrew the ruling power in District 13 . Unfortunately no interference by other parties who seek to profit from the destruction of District 13 . When Damien and Leito not managed to convince five of the ' top brass ' five ethnic groups in the slums of this to come together , then there is no more hope for this district .Around 1995 , appeared a sport called parkour extreme sports even though it is still in the development stage .
